Who We Are

Mission:
To engage youth and young adults through mentoring & tutoring programs that will challenge them to take a pivotal position in society as today's current and future leaders.

We are in need of your help to be able to bring the mission of Reaching Out 2 U to fruition. How can you help you ask? Well, right now if you can tell your friends and family about us that will be great. We would also greatly appreciate your financial support but if you are not able to your time is just as important. Why We Do It:
Many schools are being faced with the day to day challenges of being fiscal and social responsibility when it comes to how the public school system or any education facility should be run. Many times it's the students that suffer most in these situations. Teachers are challenged with the pressure of educating students while operating in a system that is increasing the size of its classrooms. In these situations students that would benefit from a smaller classroom environment with access to individual attention typically get lost and left to catch up on their own. Thankfully many teachers and parents are stepping up to make sure that our children don't get left behind whether it's the teacher that stays late to help a student after school or the parent that takes the time to help their child with their homework. With that being said there's a lot more work that can be done and many more children need our help and that's where we come in. Our focus is to be with the students in the schools with them during and after-school to make sure that they can get the help they need. We also want to work with the parents in providing them access to information that will better prepare the family as a whole in educating the child in the present and future.
